From start to finish, the technicians were professional, honest, and truly went above and beyond. They were friendly and took the time to explain everything clearly. I highly recommend them.

Anthony and Laderic were very quick in getting my garbage disposal changed. They also noted another issue I had no clue about, and were willing and able to address that as well. They gave me some good recommendations for brands to buy going forward although I don’t plan on replacing anything else for a while! Their service was much appreciated.

I don't write a lot of reviews; however, I felt compelled to share my experience with New Era Plumbing & Septic. We recently moved into a fairly new home with a septic system and experienced a shower clog, along with an odor emanating from a toilet. We didn't know much about septic systems, as we've never had one in the past, and were concerned about an expensive cleaning and repair service. After calling several plumbing services who charged fees just to schedule an appointment, New Era Plumbing was not only able to dispatch a service technician the same day, but there was also no fee to diagnose the issue.
Our technicians, Anthony and his assistant, were professional, friendly, and knowledgeable about our problem, and provided cost effective solutions. We didn't feel as if they were trying to "upcharge" us for services we didn't need (like many other home service providers - plumbers, electricians, and HVAC). We also received a complete and detailed summary of our service appointment with recommendations for preventive care. Our first call for any plumbing or septic needs in the future will definitely be to New Era Plumbing and Septic.

Tyler & Michael left me with no complaints. They fixed my issues and even provided top suggestions in regards to preventive measures in the near future. I look forward to working with them again when the time comes!
