This is the first time we have used New Era Plumbing I called them a day after we had had those below freezing weather at garage was completely covered in water from a frozen pipe that split the lady that answered the call was absolutely wonderful you can hear the sound in her voice and knew this was a person who cared about her job and how she performed or better yet how her company performed and told me they would get me on the list for a fix the next day but if he could he would get to us today or that day she called back within a couple of hours and told me what time the plumber would be there I was absolutely shocked. that I called that morning and by 3:00 in the afternoon or Plumbing issues were fixed and again I will say I was shocked that just doesn't happen with other plumbing companies and I've used a lot of them and whenever they have come it seemed all they cared about was the money make sure they were getting paid and these are the other companies I'm talking about but their name Rings true and it is great to see new era Plumbing all these other companies need to take notice and I'm sorry I can't remember the name of the lady who answered the phone and I dealt with she should be a trainer for all plumbers that have front desk operations that deal with the customers on the phone and learn how to take care of the customer I highly recommend New Era Plumbing and only New Era Plumbing. thank you guys so much what a wonderful experience have a great day and God bless. and FYI I will never use another plumber in the Douglasville area great job Happy New Year
I've used New Era a few times over the past 5 years. Their people are always professional and responsive and helpful to either affirm my choices or help me make better ones with the materials and products I need. Today a water heater died at my office. I called them at 9:15 a.m. They removed the old one, cleaned up the mess, and had a new 50 gal. (w/ 6yr warranty) completely installed by 2:15 p.m. Yes, they are not a cut-rate operation . . . but they are worth the cost.
New Era plumbing was very responsive to my sump pump problem. BJ was very informative and polite. He showed us the problem and got it fixed in no time. He answered all of our questions and we are more than satisfied with his professionalism and work. I also had the pleasure of working with Anthony S. today who was very professional and found the leak right away. He fixed the problem in no time and we are very satisfied with the work he did for us today. New Era Plumbing has some very professional plumbers I have used them on several occasions for different issues.
Anthony was personable and kept me informed about everything. He was very adamant about doing things the correct way while also looking out for me. New Era is very responsive.
Love this company!! From start to finish they made me feel very comfortable. The receptionist was very pleasant and BJ came out and gave me the quote and Anthony did the repair. Everything is working great and I am very thankful for their hard work. I feel better that I have a warranty plus a new plumbing company that I can trust.
We had been told by DDCWSA that we had a leak on our property so we asked New Era to come out and inspect the system. From first contact, their service has been excellent. BJ was professional and thorough, giving us much needed reassurance. We will definitely be using them for our plumbing needs in the future.
Called them out last minute on a project and they were able to come out same day extremely fast but professional service they gave me a flat rate up front and stuck to it which is extremely helpful when you are trying to budget on a job not like other companies that add on. All in all very satisfied with their work and gladly recommend them.
We had Gilberto with New Era at our house to open then clean out our septic tank. Him and his assistant were both very professional and polite. They kept me informed every step of the way. They were careful and did a great job even after finding a couple unseen obstacles when digging. I highly recommend this company. They were there day after first call, arrived on time, and again kept me informed from the minute they left the shop.
I highly recommend New Era Plumbing. Bobby J headed up the demolition of the existing pipes and the final reconfiguration of the installation. Michael C lead the crew for the water heater installation. The entire crew were so professional and the work was so quite as they worked inside my home. The scheduling technology is on point, and they really do go beyond the call. During the initial inspection with Michael C, I new I had the right company. He is really good and a straight shooter on what needs to happen. Also, Bobby J pointed out an item that was crucial on my sink installation by others and I had it corrected. This corrective items over time would have been an issue for my sink. The price was competitive and fair. So if you need a good plumbing company with a good crew, I believe New Era would be a good choice.
Our plumber was the GREATEST!! Explained what was going on & did a very good job in explaining what the problem was. Love your plumbing company & will reuse again. Have a wonderful day!
Had a small gas leak that required a pipe fitting replacement, they were a few hundred dollars less than the first plumber I called (Panther) and have double the warranty (1 year) than Panther. Very professional and friendly.
I called New Era Plumbing & Septic and scheduled an appointment. Anthony S. was at my home on time. New Era sent me a text that he was on the way with a picture of Anthony. I knew exactly who was coming and what he looked like. I really appreciated getting that information and it made me feel safe. Great experience and Anthony was awesome.
I would highly recommend this plumbing company. They arrived when they said they would and kept in communication before the meeting. The plumber was very helpful. Our issue could not be resolved at this time but he did provide us with some temporary solutions.
First, I would like to say Anthony my service tech was awesome, arrived in a timely manner, very professional and knowledgeable about the issue I hand at hand. Anthony is/was very polite and patient with all of my questions and take pride in his work. He Completed the job and left the area as if he was never there. I’ll/we’ll definitely call Anthony again!
New Era Plumbing is an excellent company! The customer service is excellent-professional, courteous and helpful! The techs, Anthony and Curtis, are the best! Their service was professional, courteous and helpful. Any questions were answered and if they were not sure, they contacted someone for sound advice and info. I have referred this company to family and friends. Some have used them and are quite satisfied!!!
Gilberto (and 2 other workers, I can't recall their names) provided septic pump services for my home. I cannot speak highly enough of the quality of their work. They were very polite, worked quickly (and with me on some issues with where the tank lids were), and let me watch/ask questions without issues. They pumped and made sure we were good to go before leaving. The reason this isn't 5 stars, is that upon opening the tank, I was told their would be a significant upcharge for "excessive sludge". Now, I agree it was pretty bad, but I don't see any reason the sludge amount (still liquid/flowing) that utilized the same standard pump and truck, cost a nearly 75% increase. It would be one thing if I was warned this could happen on the phone, but I was told this only once the tank was open. I get that you can't evaluate until you see in the tank, but given many pumps are done due to a backup, I would think extra sludge is very common. This left a very poor taste in my mouth. I don't want to rate lower due to the excellence of the technicians, but the business itself was problematic. If you are doing a routine pump, I highly recommend this company. If you have a backup, I do not.
Awesome plumbing company. Called that morning to make an appointment and was told someone could be at my home in a few hours. Anthony arrived and was so thorough explaining what needed to be fixed and he delivered. Kudos to him. He also gave me a military discount. Will definitely recommend to others.
Although I did not utilize the service provided by this company, the inspector that came out was every professional and knowledgeable. He explained what I needed and recommended good quality products. They offer financing as well which was offered during inspection process.
Wonderful customer service through the office and when the technicians arrived as well. They were quick to find the issue and fix it for a decent price.Also provided estimates for other things they noticed weren't right. Definitely will be using this company in the future.
This was not the first time Tony was at my house to take care of a request from me. He was here on time, was very respectful of my home and the property. He took extra care to ensure the areas he was working in were not only properly taken care of, but were also sealed against the elements. He did not leave any open spaces for the weather or insects to enter the house. He is not only knowledgeable but friendly and very personable. He took care to ensure I understood the work he was going to do and then followed up with me to show me how he completed the assignment. He did an outstanding job for me and I am very comfortable having him come back in a few months to install part 2 of this gas line project.
Fast response time, good quality service! Had a septic tank concrete lid and riser installed. We also got the septic tank pumped. Would recommend to others :)
If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Anthony is by far, one of the most detailed and professional individuals I’ve ever met. Additionally, is colleague David is great as well. Had a hot water heater go bad yesterday. Anthony and David came out to assess and provide a price and timeframe of completion. Needless to say, I’m more than satisfied with the quality of work. New Era will continue to have my business. Humble thanks.
